The Regional Administrative Assistant will answer calls, coordinate meetings, respond to inquiries, pull reports, maintain records and perform other administrative duties. This position will manage the schedule of the Regional Vice President by updating the calendar with meetings, reminders, conferences and various appointments. This position also supports all Regional Supervisors and Support Staff. We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Soft skills : Strong interpersonal skills. Abilities : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Educational requirements: College Degree Preferred.
