About The Position

The Administrative Assistant position supports daily office operations by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and providing general administrative support. Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software. Must be reliable, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient workflow and organizational support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
  • Advanced Administrative Support & Organizational Skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology-Driven Process Improvement
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools to automate workflows, visualize data, and streamline operations.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing tech-enabled solutions to improve team productivity and service delivery.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support, which may include coordinating meetings, catering, planning events, ordering office supplies, and coordinating office moves.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings both in person and virtual, even coordination (including venue reservation, hotel and restaurant reservations, and logistics).
  • Assist managers with routine travel planning, as well as team members who face unplanned circumstances while on travel.
  • Maintains highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform general administrative support and ad hoc tasks and projects in support of the organization.
