About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to New and Used Parts at the Bellefonte Parts Distribution Facility of Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company, Inc. Support includes, but is not limited to: Manage and process daily claims from Cat and other vendors Maintain the warehouse cycle counts and adjust inventory when necessary. Track purchase orders in the purchasing module. Maintain attachment inventory, identification numbers, listings, and photos. Maintain sales invoices for Used Parts salesmen. Order supplies (janitorial, office, small tools, warehouse, etc.) Any other duties as requested by management. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet deadlines. Resolve problems and make sound decisions. Ability to learn new systems and processes. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Mechanical aptitude. Minimum of one year’s experience in an office administrative support role or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.
