Aspire Health Alliance is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our multidisciplinary Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Requirements

  • Prior experience with office management required; in a behavioral healthcare or medical office preferred
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, excel, power point, and the ability to learn new applications
  • High School or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
  • Valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle and a good driving record required
  • Ability to assess and analyze data and create reports and graphs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work with multiple levels within the organization across all programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support, and work closely with clinical leadership
  • Oversee office operations and execute special projects as assigned
  • Coordinate and organize all non-clinical operations for two ACCS teams
  • Work with closely with ACCS leadership, quality and compliance department, and billing department
  • Assist with developing and delivering staff trainings related to data and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in compliance with DMH requirements
  • Manage staff training documentation, certifications, and medication administration registration
  • Handle incoming mail, memos, letters, and occasional transportation coordination
  • Support licensing and compliance documentation and processes
