Prefer a local applicant Administrative duties include, but not limited to: Answering phones and transferring to appropriate parties Answering emails timely from clinical and scheduling teams and hospital referral source Printing and sending necessary reports to Home Care Coordinator team Patient tracking, data entry and documentation in EPIC Assist with orthopedic patient log, emails and referral entry Notify building management of maintenance needs Order office supplies Support management with various reports and physician order tracking Requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent Health care experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills. Displays optimal critical thinking skills. Experience multi-tasking on multiple computer systems.. Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site when necessary Opportunity to work from home. Must have reliable internet. It is work from home position, but could always change in the future.
