Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls
  • Completing outbound phone calls - lead follow up
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Entering data in our CRM software
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns
  • Completing customer surveys
  • Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering office supplies, keeping track of outstanding items, and other duties as assigned that assist the general office needs.
