This is an exciting role for a driven and highly organized Administrative Assistant to the co-CEOs to join our warm and collaborative Executive Office team. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain invaluable insight into the day-to-day operations of a growing, nationally recognized youth development organization.

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to DREAM’s co-Chief Executive Officers (co-CEOs) and Senior Executive Assistant, including booking travel, ordering materials etc.
  • Directly manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and sending confirmations and reminders.
  • Coordinate recurring internal meetings and cross-team scheduling needs, including Management Team and Chief Team meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events including reserving space, coordinating refreshments, preparing materials, and ensuring technology set-up.
  • Support travel logistics such as booking accommodations and transportation.
  • Assist in processing expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting internal communications and presentation materials.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and track meeting action items.
  • Handle occasional personal scheduling and administrative tasks for the co-CEOs.
  • Support a variety of day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 1 year of relevant administrative or scheduling experience preferred.
  • Experience in nonprofit or education environments a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.
