OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist our team in the greater DC / Baltimore area. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and dependable team player with the ability to assist our team in managing multiple projects, reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our customers.

  • Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
  • Invoice processing via Coupa.
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices to ensure the maintenance of accurate records and reporting.
  • Creating and maintaining vendor and employee master files.
  • Reviewing and reconciling customer statements and accounts.
  • Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders and purchase orders.
  • Maintaining internal and external relationships with vendors and employees including solving issues and discrepancies.
  • Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with Coupa is preferred.
