About The Position
At Altana, we apply AI to the world's largest organized body of supply chain data to create a more resilient, secure, and sustainable model of global commerce. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to four senior executives: the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Science Officer (CSO). In this integral role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and oversee expenses to ensure smooth and efficient operations for the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable partner, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and exercise sound judgment to balance multiple priorities and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
