At Imperial, we sell, distribute, and service General Merchandise, Seasonal Products, and Health/Beauty/Wellness Products to our customers. The Seasonal Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemails efficiently.
  • Develop and coordinate the weekly receiving appointment schedule.
  • Prepare and print all necessary shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), invoices, and handbills, in accordance with the shipping manual.
  • Assist leads in organizing headers for daily picking.
  • Conduct monthly inventory of office and warehouse supplies.
  • Verify inbound supply orders upon arrival.
  • Submit a weekly report (Thursday) to the Computer Room detailing available printer labels, printer ribbons, invoices, and Bills of Lading.
  • Submit a monthly supply request to the Supervisory Team by the 20th of each month.
  • Assign vests to incoming drivers and monitor the driver log daily.
  • Ensure air locks are placed on every trailer as drivers check in with the warehouse team.
  • Ensure all inbound shipments have properly completed receiving slips and deliver them to the Accounting Department via the yard driver by the end of the shift.
  • Assist leads and supervisors with Excel-based reporting and tracking as needed throughout the season.
  • Must be able to operate single and double transporters, as well as pallet jacks.
  • Must be available for overtime as needed to meet workload demands.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with JDE/AS400 is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Strong written communication skills for simple correspondence and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings with team members.
  • Warehouse experience.
