About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Director, Experience in the Advisory business. This role will help the Senior Director of Experience drive the strategy and communicate to the teams in Advisory and other products in the teams' initiatives. This role will help support the Senior Director of Experience in ensuring clear and effective internal and external communications, optimizing operational efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Strategy Coordinator must be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail. Specifically, this role will require you to be technical savvy in Microsoft Suite products and create PowerPoint presentations, understand and uses data, and a power user to JIRA and confluence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 8+ years of experience in a strategy research role, consulting, or Chief of Staff role.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm.
  • Excellent attention to detail, an exceptionally high degree of initiative and adaptability, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to work with numerous and conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to perform many complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Specifically in PowerPoint).
  • Advance knowledge in JIRA and Confluence.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced PowerPoint abilities such as graphic design expertise.
  • Power BI skills and the ability to generate reports in multiple databases.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director and create detailed and in-depth PowerPoint presentations, including graphic designs in presentations.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
  • Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial and personnel information.
  • Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track and follow-up on key deliverable for matrix teams.
  • Update and create JIRA tickets, and confluence for the teams, to ensure alignment.
  • Generate reports in Power BI or any database and present them in a digestible way for the team.
  • Complete daily or ad-hoc tasks such as expense reports, submitting tickets, and submitting changes in Workday.
