About The Position

Epson, a $10B global technology leader, is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant. Epson America is responsible for sales, marketing, and distribution in the US, Canada, and Latin America. While most people know Epson for our consumer EcoTank printers, we operate across numerous B2C and B2B categories that span areas such as: business copiers, pro-graphics printing, fabric printing, projection, color labels, robotics, commercial scanning and more. As an administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple Directors/Executive level individuals and their groups - all primarily focused on Commercial and Industrial applications. You will manage confidential and sensitive information with care and have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, share ideas with others and explore creative solutions to make a positive, lasting impact. This onsite position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity to work from home once a week.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft 356 - specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with online project management tools (Asana, Miro, Figma) is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving office processes.
  • Precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2 year program).

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Director and/or Executives in attaining department objectives and proactively identifies and resolves department needs.
  • Organizes and schedules appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Assists in budget/invoicing activities and creates regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Resolves external customer issues in a timely and thorough manner, escalates issues to management as appropriate.
