  • Serve as the initial point of contact for students and partners.
  • Prepare programs for special services and maintain copyright licenses.
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies for the Chapel and Hagen Center.
  • Track and manage programming calendars and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile monthly purchases and assist with financial documentation.
  • Compile reports for end-of-semester and annual assessments.
  • Meet with University Communications to review and update the website.
  • Develop and disseminate promotional materials for events.
  • Schedule events using 25 Live and order catering as needed.
  • Assist in planning and implementing various events for the Chapel and Hagen Center.
  • Review safety and accessibility procedures for events.
  • Submit work orders for maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for student employees.
  • Oversee timecard submissions and provide guidance to student workers.
  • Supervise the Campus Cupboard and ensure inventory management.
  • Assist students in accessing campus resources while maintaining confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn additional software applications preferred (e.g., Colleague, 25Live, Zoom, Canva).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must remain calm in crisis situations and exercise confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience with online platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming and Canva.
