Join our Venture Banking Team in San Francisco as an entry‑level Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support a team that provides commercial banking and debt capital financing solutions to venture capital–backed technology companies and their investors. You will play a key role in delivering essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the department, and contributing to the success of both the team and the innovative clients we serve.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Fluency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and good judgment.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work and takes responsibility for mistakes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Required: 1+ years of administrative related experience
  • Minimum Required: None
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and manage complex calendars for team members
  • Submit business expenses and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Plan and execute internal and external events to foster team collaboration and enhance client relationships
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Track and maintain information relative to business operations
  • Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking purposes
  • Order and ensure adequate and appropriate supplies are available for the department
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed and support employees on-site.
