About The Position

This position can be located in any Hub Office in MT, ID, or WY. Our Licensing team plays a vital role in ensuring we understand the needs of our client. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance support staff. As the point-of-contact, you will assist the team by managing a book of transportation accounts, delivering essential services tailored to the trucking industry. We are committed to ensuring that our clients' businesses remain compliant with all applicable USDOT and state regulations within this highly regulated sector.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (some college preferred).
  • At least 2 years of office/administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of transportation accounts.
  • Facilitate positive relationships with clients and insurance support staff.
