About The Position

The Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Administrative Services provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President and the President's executive team. This role encompasses various responsibilities including risk management, project management, contract management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The position also involves communication with contractors and vendors, as well as supporting other departments within Administrative Services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably at an executive level.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in contract management and vendor communications.
  • Familiarity with grant requirements and procurement procedures.
  • Previous experience in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Administrative Services and the President's executive team.
