About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to directly support our SLP Director. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys managing details, communication, and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organization, time-management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel to Long Island office locations with SLP Director as needed.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy setting
  • Confident with computers and learning new systems (Google Workspace preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the SLP Director’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal/external communication
  • Drafting and sending professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Organizing and maintaining records, files, and documentation (scanning, filing, updating logs)
  • Supporting scheduling needs for the Director (and related tasks as needed)
  • Assisting with administrative projects, tracking tasks, and following up on action items
  • Maintaining office organization systems and supporting document management
  • Valid NYS drivers license
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
