This position exists to contribute to the workflow of placements by importing placements in the Student Learning and Licensure system (SLL) after they are secured. The role involves communicating respectfully and professionally with students, staff, School of Education faculty, cooperating teachers, and university supervisors. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative/clerical support to the Office of Placement and Licensure, including processing expense reports and spend authorizations, processing stipends, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with the preparation of materials and food for seminars. The position also requires processing contracts with partnering schools and keeping accurate records, as well as maintaining confidential student online files.
