The Administrative Assistant assists the Experience and Finance teams by performing administrative and support service functions. This role requires anticipating and proactively addressing organizational, administrative, support and clerical needs in order to contribute to the effective operation of the Experience and Finance departments. Assists in coordinating, monitoring and implementing administrative and clerical activities and has primary responsibility for completing assigned tasks and performing related work as required. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is required as this role anticipates and facilitates on behalf of the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and department senior leadership. In the absence of the department leadership, the Administrative Assistant must be able to function independently. This role will provide administrative support to the following teams: Guest Experience, Events, Marketing and Communications, IT and Finance.
