The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting and assisting the Executive Director, Audio Ministry, for BGEA and the General Manager of BRB in a broad variety of tasks, including but not limited to projects, scheduling, meeting planning and coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation and distribution, Board meeting minutes and document organizing, file maintenance, general correspondence and follow-up, telephone, e-mail and mail assistance. As needed, this position also supports the Managing Director Accounting & Administration; the Managing Director of Donor Ministries of BRB; and the Managing Director, Programming & Content of BRB.
