Responsibilities

  • Check orders for accuracy to prepare for invoicing.
  • Prepare daily billing reports and submit them for reconciliation.
  • Handle billing disputes and communicate resolutions to all parties.
  • Process invoices from vendors and create Purchase Orders in the procurement system.
  • Maintain and track Purchase Orders for reconciliation.
  • Record equipment utilization for room set specifications.
  • Enter customer contact information into the CRM system.
  • Enter payments received from exhibit customers into the billing system and reconcile them.
  • Act as the primary phone receptionist for inbound calls and inquiries.
  • Process Exhibit Orders and payments.
  • Create shipping labels and coordinate with the property shipping department.
