About The Position

Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word-processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed. Will assist in communication and client interaction, data inputting, working with designated Sales systems, client support and relationship building, problem solving and decision making as well as service quality and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support in a professional environment.
  • Strong typing and word-processing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry and use of office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with sales systems and client support processes.
