About The Position

The Administrative Assistant in Risk Management & Safety at Pine Rest plays a crucial role in supporting the department by managing various administrative tasks and projects. Requirements

  • Minimum of two to five years of progressively responsible support services work.
  • Completion of high school and additional training related to duties.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and implements assigned projects from general directions given by supervisor(s).
  • Gathers, interprets, and summarizes data and information to develop administrative and statistical reports.
  • Composes confidential and sensitive reports, contracts, and records.
  • Assists in monitoring department budgets and accounts.
  • Greets and directs visitors or patients, answering questions based on knowledge of department/organization.
  • Maintains calendars of supervisor(s) and/or the work group, and makes routine travel accommodations.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, departmental events, and other special projects.
  • Provides meeting materials and takes meeting minutes.
