About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone and provide accurate information to callers or forward calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Greet office visitors and perform customer/public service duties as required.
  • Assist department staff by performing a variety of complex clerical duties, including processing records and preparing reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and update electronic, microfilm, and paper files.
  • Operate various office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.
