Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, including our CRM system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong discipline, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and make outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments for our representatives.
  • Warmly greet walk-in customers and prospects, guiding them through our showroom to showcase our offerings.
  • Track and manage leads using our company CRM (Jobber) to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks to streamline business operations and contribute to company goals.
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive success.
