About The Position

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Team! This position will be full-time! We need someone with a professional demeanor, a great sense of humor, and the ability to multitask! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the department. This position is responsible for scheduling, project management, reporting, coordinating with various departments, and assisting the Employee Health Nurse. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, independent judgment, prioritizing and planning, and confidentiality. Projects a professional demeanor and appearance and works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service.

Requirements

  • Ability to demonstrate eligibility for employment in the United States.
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as counting, adding, multiplication, and dividing.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Publisher.
  • Customer service oriented, actively looking for ways to help people.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily activities of the department.
  • Schedule appointments and manage project timelines.
  • Prepare reports and coordinate with various departments.
  • Assist the Employee Health Nurse.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
  • Provide customer service and focus on meeting standards of customer satisfaction.
