About The Position

The position involves providing clerical and administrative support for the assigned Department and its sub-units. This includes assisting the Chief/Director and other staff members with various day-to-day matters, projects, and programs. Responsibilities include completing customer service activities, preparing correspondence, reports, managing record retention and databases, and handling agenda items, meeting minutes, and public information materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year experience providing office administrative support preferred.
