About The Position

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will support the Director of Dealer Development and the team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks that maximize the efficiency of the Sales Division. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: * Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Directors including but not limited to: Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, meetings, events, and agendas. Ensuring administrative compliance, governance, and oversight regarding any/all activities related to the BRP annual business cycle and deliverables. * Work closely and effectively with assigned Directors and other stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately to ensure deliverables are met. * Demonstrate leadership, sense of urgency, composure, and practicality to maintain credibility, trust, and support of both internal and external stakeholders. * Accurately track budget expenditures.
