Sullivan University is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Physician Assistant program. This role is pivotal in providing administrative support to the Office of Clinical and Experiential Education (OCEE), the Program Director, and faculty members. The Administrative Assistant will act as a crucial link between the Practice Experience Coordinator (PEC), clinical and experiential sites, preceptors, and students, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency within the program. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports, as well as maintaining faculty development funds and records. This role involves assisting in the creation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and scheduling meetings led by the Program Director. The assistant will also handle important communications regarding events and updates for students and stakeholders, ensuring that all rotation information is current and accurately documented. In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant will assist in the preparation and maintenance of Affiliation Agreements, monitor compliance documents for students, and provide training on relevant software. The role requires a strong organizational skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The position also includes receptionist duties, event support, and maintaining office supplies, making it a dynamic and multifaceted role within the Physician Assistant program.
