About The Position

Requirements; Three (3) years of minimum job-proven experience in an office environment Lived experience with a mental health diagnosis Eligibility under current PA legal and regulatory requirements Valid Driver’s License State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision with premiums for employees fully paid HRA that covers $4500 of your $5000 deductible Paid parental leave FSA 401K 401K match of 4% PTO 14 paid holidays Birthday Time off Volunteer time off Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Plan Responsibilities: Assist with tasks associated with grant obligations, which could include contacting/interviewing participants, data entry/tracking. Assist with contacting, tracking, or data entry related to program referrals Complete any documentation in a timely and professional manner Participate in any County and state-level meetings as needed Answer and handle incoming telephone calls Conduct inventory and order office supplies Complete monthly facility safety checklists and report finds to the appropriate director Assist in all client-based electronic filing system Hours may vary and include non-traditional working hours, weekends, and/or holidays Perform all other duties as outlined by the director that are within reason in support of the successful operation of the program office. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner and maintain the standard of care that is appropriate for this position.
