Provides administrative and clerical support to CFO, Management, Accounting and the Administration Department. The role involves setting up new customer accounts in SAP for the US and updating the customer database as required. It also includes coordinating distributor contract programs and maintaining customer accounts in SAP when changes and updates are necessary for Sales and Customer Experience departments. The position requires maintaining a contract filing system, creating QSL forms, and performing ISO document management. Additionally, the role assists the CFO in annual board and shareholder minutes, coordinates meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, and assists with travel arrangements for visitors from abroad and domestically. The position also involves maintaining the company vehicle program, assisting in other projects as directed by the Assistant Controller, and working with Sales Administration tasks as needed. Planning, organizing, and executing projects as needed is also part of the responsibilities.
