Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics SharePoint, or other collaboration tools is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or degree program enrollment would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of office administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating, updating, and formatting Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Support with data entry, organization, and cleanup
  • Help maintain electronic files and records
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or calendar invites as needed
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects that may come up (PowerPoint edits, document formatting, simple research, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
