About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment. PACT is an evidence-based model of providing comprehensive recovery oriented mental health services to people living with the experience of serious mental illness who may also have substance use problems and/or involvement with the criminal justice system. PACT services are highly individualized and are delivered by a mobile, community based, multi-disciplinary team of highly dedicated staff who work with people to meet their unique rehabilitation needs, improve functioning and enhance their roles within the community. As an Administrative Assistant, you will coordinate all non-clinical program operations including: · Operating and coordinating information management systems · Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper medical records · Creating billing, insurance, and accounting reports and budget records · Leading/organizing each morning meeting; taking notes and updating contact sheets · Answering phones and triaging calls to coordinate communication between the team and persons served · Providing additional in-person support to coordinate program and person served needs in addition to scheduling appointments between persons served and the team’s psychiatric prescriber(s) · Facilitating person served transportation to appointments via ride-sharing apps

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills (including MS Office, Word & Excel) required
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to effectively perform job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in human services or medical field strongly preferred
