About The Position

Summary (Major Purpose of the Role): Provide assistance and support services in the day to day administration of the assigned department, primarily in a clerical capacity.

Requirements

  • HS diploma
  • Specific departmental experience may be required (HR, Finance, etc)
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills – proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence

Responsibilities

  • Maintains departmental records and related files
  • Process paperwork based on department need
  • Assist in answering departmental questions, distributing information, etc.
  • Assist in auditing departmental compliance
  • Schedules meetings, prepares spreadsheets, presentations, and similar items
  • Prepares information packets
  • Other duties as determined by specific department needs
