About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across the organization. This role is focused on project coordination, reporting, and general administrative support to help ensure the business runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, office, or operations support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multi-location business or operations environment
  • Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or basic bookkeeping
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and tasks
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Support internal communication and follow-ups across teams
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Assist with vendor communication and basic administrative coordination
  • Help ensure deadlines and key deliverables are tracked and met
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
