About The Position

The Sr. Administrative Assistant at Acrisure's Northwest Platform provides high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of large or multiple departments. This role requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools, along with the ability to manage a broad scope of responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in departmental operational processes
  • Familiarity with software and systems used for scheduling, payroll, and expense reporting
  • Expertise in providing administrative support to a department or group of individuals
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Organizational skills to handle travel logistics and expense tracking
  • Ability to manage a broad scope of responsibility
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized administrative support for a department or a group of individuals
  • Support a large department or multiple departments
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and ensuring timely availability
  • Handle the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Manage calendars for executive and staff, scheduling appointments and ensuring there are no conflicts
  • Process payroll for non-exempt employees, maintain accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Run and compile reports as required, keeping data integrity and timely delivery
  • Make travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Process expense reports using Concur, making sure all expenses are documented and reimbursed appropriately
