The Center Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients at Mesa Choices Pregnancy Centers of Greater Phoenix. This position is essential for making a positive first impression as the assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and greeting visitors. The assistant will support the daily operations of the center, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided, which aligns with the organization's mission of offering a #GreaterLove4PHX. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the center. This includes managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, and performing routine clerical duties. The assistant will need to be detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable, as they will enhance communication with a diverse client base. The position may also require some flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on the needs of the ministry and the center.
