About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and organizational support to individuals or teams within their assigned department. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department, maintaining organized files, ordering office supplies, and offering general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma/GED required
