WeDriveU is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative/Mail Clerk to support daily office operations in our San Francisco location. This role is responsible for reviewing, sorting, and routing incoming mail, ensuring priority items are quickly identified and directed to the appropriate departments. The position also includes light administrative tasks, including data entry and general office support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and data entry.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Identify and flag priority or time-sensitive correspondence.
  • Route mail to the appropriate departments for follow-up and response.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized mail logs or tracking (if required).
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as assigned.
