Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Level program; preference for Business major.
  • Must be available for 10 weeks during Summer 2026 (May-August 2026) with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • A professional presence, maturity, and appearance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Discretion to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to learn new computer and technology skills.
  • Accessibility, dependability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage complex meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update calendars for the team.
  • Assist with coordination for events such as legal hearings and lab tours.
  • Help store, sort, and track important legal files.
  • Use Onit, Corning's legal matter management system, to track and manage legal matters.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel for staff.
  • Support tasks related to educational scholarships and corporate awards.
  • Assist in processing change orders and preparing periodic reports.
  • Manage and organize sample coordinating tasks to support team projects.
  • Work with external vendors and assist as needed.
