The Administrative Assistant / Information Desk Receptionist provides professional administrative support to the Marketing and Communications department while ensuring excellent customer service to constituents. Under general supervision from the Director of Marketing and Communications, the administrative assistant is responsible for assisting with the completion of administrative tasks and functions related to marketing and communication efforts, including staffing the information desk.
