The Administrative Assistant at Experian Health plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling various office tasks to support the team effectively. The role is based on-site in Franklin, TN, and requires a proactive approach to office management and guest relations.

  • Provide high-level administrative support and handle information requests.
  • Manage individual calendars and coordinate meetings and conference room calendars and communications.
  • Arrange travel and create and submit expense reports.
  • Order office supplies and meeting essentials.
  • Greet and check in guests.
  • Distribute and maintain an accurate record of visitor badges.
  • Examine the office space multiple times daily to ensure all entry doors are closed and secure.
  • Distribute and send out mail and correspondence and arrange for shipping pick-ups/deliveries.
  • Answer the main office number, transfer calls, and check voicemail through Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role required
  • Minimum 3-5 years' expert experience in Microsoft applications required
