How you'll shape the future of the Machines, Finishing and Warehouse Departments: Provides administrative and clerical support to the Machines, Finishing, and Warehouse Departments. Processes requisitions for purchases and blanket orders in SAP and maintains purchasing files. Purchases office supplies, operating supplies and small tools/equipment. Tracks and audits vacations, holidays and attendance of hourly and employees. Compiles and distributes hourly work schedules and assist with hourly time keeping as required. Tracks and reports metrics for production, quality, safety and costs for the department and cost variances to budget for safety supplies, office supplies, small tools, and other operating supplies. Maintains knowledge of and assists with administration of the labor agreement. Assist with the coordination of plant and company-level activities and other plant-wide initiatives, including community involvement activities.
