About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to type at least 55 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in an educational setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President/CIO and the Leadership Team.
  • Manage correspondence and prepare documents for multiple executives and departments.
  • Handle inquiries and coordinate calendar events for executives.
  • Maintain and process timesheets, EPAFs, onboarding, terminations, and bi-weekly payroll for student, hourly, and part-time workers.
  • Assist in gathering data and processing annual reports, responding to questionnaires, surveys, and BOR reports.
  • Support the ITS strategic plan and prepare travel requests for the VP/CIO and IT employees.
  • Manage expenditures and plan events such as TSUS CIO meetings and divisional luncheons.
  • Assist with general office duties, maintain supplies and equipment, and support inventory management.
  • Provide direct support to senior management with special projects.
