The purpose of the job is to provide general administrative support to departments including, but not limited to, inputting data in SAP, invoicing, closing goods receipts, covering the receptionist area to answer the main phone line and front door, ordering office supplies and distributing mail. The role also involves scheduling appointments and maintaining the department calendar, as well as coordinating all travel arrangements for the department.
