Position Summary A career in General Office Support provides the opportunity to coordinate administrative activities across various offices and business units while delivering intermediate-level support to the Fleet, Warehouse, and Meter Reading departments. In this role, you help ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Workday, and standard office equipment
  • Strong organizational, data entry, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative support across office and business unit operations
  • Support field operations, including timekeeping for field employees
  • Manage phones, mail, data entry, and file organization
  • Maintain payroll, PTO, and general administrative records
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and track backorders
  • Handle vehicle-related documentation (titles, registrations, etc.)
  • Maintain fleet database and reconcile company credit cards
  • Manage supplies, reports, spreadsheets, and meter route assignments
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow and improve established processes and workflows
  • Support day-to-day office, facility, and business operations
  • Assist with tracking and completing internal projects
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of work while following company procedures
  • Handle routine tasks independently; receive guidance on new assignments
  • Report to Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
