About The Position

Requirements

  • High school degree and one to three years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with primary work in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provides complex administrative support to a department or group of professionals supporting unit goals.
  • Performs clerical duties, including filing, copying, maintaining forms, scheduling appointments, answering the department office phone, and responding to questions.
  • Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, greets arrivals, and provides organizational information.
  • Collects, analyzes, and prepares various communication materials from established sources utilizing technology mediums.
  • Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures under general supervision.
  • Maintains organization and updates physical and electronic records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures.
  • Assists with the disbursement of funds by checking student accounts and processing financial aid applications.
  • Assists students with all financial aid forms, completing FAFSA and Verification.
  • Attends FAFSA and recruitment events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
