As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping programs organized, compliant, and running efficiently. You’ll support daily operations by managing records, tracking services, and assisting with reporting and training coordination. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple tasks
  • Valid PA Driver’s License
  • Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the day
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move as needed
  • Ability to lift light items occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Enter and track data that supports billing and service delivery
  • Monitor service hours and report any discrepancies
  • Coordinate and track ISP meetings, staff input, and documentation
  • Review system alerts and update records as needed
  • Assist with reports, audits, and program tracking
  • Schedule employee orientations, trainings, and maintain training records
  • Communicate with staff and support coordination efforts across the program
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Support a positive, team-focused work environment
