About The Position

The Administrative Assistant I assists our management teams with Project Administrative duties. These duties support the coordination of projects, personnel, and activities within a group, and may include performing project work for clients when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • A minimum of at least one year of administrative support experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Calendar)
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
  • Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and evaluate based on strengths and weaknesses

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, if necessary
  • Provide data entry and updates in applications
  • Enter and process requests in the ticketing system
  • Meeting set up
  • Meeting notes
  • Assist with timecard approval
  • Assist with documentation (projects, run/generate/audit reports)
  • Respond to requests for information, questions, and communicate status updates
  • Onsite project work may be required at times
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • Support the Corporate Director
  • Create expense reports
  • Plan and run events as needed
  • Provide complex calendaring
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, senior vice presidents, and chief officers
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
  • Perform backup duties for Executive Assistant
