This position is responsible for performing routine administrative duties, including typing professional correspondence, memos, and other documents, data entry, organizing record keeping, and maintaining detailed and accurate order entries. Additional responsibilities include operating a switchboard or answering a multi-line telephone, handling routine inquiries or requests, directing calls or taking messages, communicating via radio system, greeting and directing visitors, sorting and distributing mail and faxes, preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments, photocopying, maintaining files, generating reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel reservations, ordering supplies, and any other duties or special projects as assigned.
